Deadline for Summer League registration is July 20th at 11:59pm.
Games start at 6pm sharp on Tuesday nights and last approximately 2hrs. The cost for registration is $400 per team of 4-6 players. This includes your team shirts, 6 rounds of league play and the final tournament for qualifying teams. Teams with over 6 players can add members for an additional $50 per player payable by cash, Venmo, or check at league on week 1. Team captains must reach out before the registration deadline to include your extra players and shirt size. Each team is responsible for full payment, however there are plenty of establishments that would love to sponsor your team in return for your patronage on Tuesday nights after league play! We encourage team members to reach out to your establishment of choice and negotiate the terms of your sponsorship. In addition to your patronage, approved sponsor logos can be added to our shirt backs. We require a high resolution logo be sent to bocceleagueofrochester@gmail.com prior to registration deadline. We’ve included a sample sponsorship contract below that might help your team pick up a sponsor. Note: we do not accept payment from your sponsors, or get involved with the terms of your arrangement.

Additional Details!
Team Structure: Teams will consist of 4 to 6 players. Teams must have a minimum of 4 players playing at one time. Teams of 1, 2 or 3 will be forced to forfeit that night's game. Teams are encouraged to be co-ed! If you are in need of a larger team please submit your request to us via email.
Start Date: The season will start on Tuesday, July 29th. The season ends on September 9th.
Rain Dates: Games will be made up the following week and will be played in addition to that week's game.
Location: Highland Park at S. Goodman Street.

Game Times: Tuesday nights starting at 6 pm
Game Play: Each week your 4-6 player team will be randomly matched up with an opponent. You will play the best of 3 games. Each week 3 points will be awarded. For example, if you win the first game (played up to 10points) you will be awarded 1 point and you will play another game. If you win the second game you have won the best of 3 and will be awarded 3 points and your opponent will receive a goose egg. If you win the first round and lose the second, you will play a 3rd round (sudden death) up to 5 points. If you win that round you will receive a total of 2 points and your opponent will receive 1 point. At the end of week 6 all of the points are totaled up and the top 14 teams will make the playoffs. Your total points will determine your rank in the final tournament bracket. The finals are structured as 1 and done. Each game will played up to 10. The final matchup is a best of 3.
